We would like to inform you that Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (”GDPR”) and the related Italian pro tempore reference legislation in force - including the measures issued by the Guarantor Authority for the Protection of Personal Data (”Guarantor”) - they dictate rules relating to the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data, protecting their fundamental rights and freedoms and, in particular, the right to the protection of personal data. Pursuant to articles 13 and 14 GDPR, as well as in accordance with the provisions of art. 111-bis of Legislative Decree 196/2003 as amended by Legislative Decree 101/2018, we inform you below of the methods and purposes with which BANCOMAT S.p.A., with sole headquarters in Piazzale Luigi Sturzo 15, 00144, Rome, as data controller, will process your personal data.
In particular, we would like to point out the following.
1) Personal data concerning you (personal data; contact details; data relating to training and professional experience; any particular categories of data relating to the state of health if you belong to a protected category; other data usually contained in curricula) are normally obtained by BANCOMAT S.p.A. from recruitment companies that you have authorized to share your data with us. In other cases, your personal data (including, for example, economic data and/or any special data deductible from the content of your paycheck if you decide to provide it to us) are collected by BANCOMAT S.p.A. directly from you when you carry out a job interview with us or when you spontaneously submit a resumes or again when he responds to one of our job advertisements. Finally, we may obtain some of your personal data from lists, public records, professional registers and Social network, for the sole purpose of finding professional skills and qualifications declared by you.
2) We will process your personal data, in compliance with current privacy legislation, as well as the confidentiality obligations to which our work has always been consistent, for the following processing purposes:
- pursuant to art. 6, paragraph 1, letter b) GDPR, with reference to the selection procedure for our personnel, for the management of pre-contractual measures adopted at the request of the interested party and any, consequent, contractual obligations;
- pursuant to art. 6, paragraph 1, letter f) GDPR, to pursue our legitimate interest in selecting - and possibly hiring - workers who have a professional profile suitable to our needs and consistent with the job position subject to the application, as well as to efficiently manage the personnel selection procedure within our company. In this regard, we inform you that, when you apply to fill a job position with us, your personal data, including the data in your resume, will be kept in a database to which only BANCOMAT S.p.A. employees authorized to carry out personnel management activities can access in order to evaluate your profile for the job position in relation to which you submitted, directly or through a third party, the application or, within the time limits specified below, in relation to possible future job positions with us;
- pursuant to art. 6, paragraph 1, letter c) and art. 9, paragraph 2, letter b) GDPR, to comply with legal obligations to which BANCOMAT S.p.A. is subject as well as to fulfill the obligations and exercise the specific rights of the data controller or interested party in the field of labor law and social security and social protection. In this regard, if you belong to a protected category, we will also process your personal data relating to your state of health in order to comply with the relevant legal obligations. Furthermore, only in the cases expressly provided for by law and where necessary in relation to the position for which you applied, we will process your personal data, also relating to criminal convictions and crimes referred to in art. 10 GDPR, to ascertain the subjective requirements and prohibitive assumptions.
3) Although not mandatory, the provision of the personal data in question is, for the most part, necessary for management in all its phases of the personnel selection process. If you do not provide it, it will not be possible to apply for a job position with our company or, for us, to keep the information concerning you. The delivery, if requested by us, of your paycheck must be considered absolutely optional, especially where special categories of data concerning you can be revealed from it. The delivery of such documentation constitutes express authorization to process the data incorporated therein. Your choice not to deliver it does not prevent you from participating in our selection.
4) Your personal data will be processed by our specially authorized and trained personnel, using appropriate tools to guarantee their security and confidentiality, both manually and through automated and non-automated tools. Specific security measures are observed to prevent data loss, illegal or incorrect use and unauthorized access. Your data, except in the case of recruitment or possible litigation, will be kept in our databases for a maximum period of 24 months from the time of acquisition.
5) Our employees and collaborators who are responsible for the selection of personnel may become aware of your personal data. In addition, the following categories of subjects may become aware of your personal data, who - as data processors - provide us with services instrumental to carrying out our business: IT service providers; management service providers; administrative service providers; external professionals and consultants.
6) Your personal data will not be disclosed to third parties and will not be subject to “dissemination”, meaning dissemination or transmission to unspecified parties, except for the execution of any legal obligations.
7) There is no provision for the processing of your data outside the European Economic Area.
8) You have the right to exercise at any time, free of charge and without formalities, the following rights referred to in articles 15 to 22 GDPR: the right to request access to personal data (i.e. the right to obtain confirmation of whether or not data concerning you is being processed and, in this case, to obtain access to personal data, obtaining a copy, and to the information referred to in art. 15 GDPR); correction (i.e. the right to obtain the correction of inaccurate data concerning you or the integration of incomplete data) or the cancellation of the same (i.e. the right to obtain the cancellation of data concerning you, if there is one of the reasons indicated by art. 17 GDPR); the limitation of the processing that concerns you (i.e. the right to obtain, in the cases indicated by art. 18 GDPR, the marking of the data stored with the aim of limiting their processing in the future), as well as the right to data portability (i.e. the right, in the cases indicated by art. 20 GDPR, to receive, in a structured format, commonly used and readable by an automatic device) the data that They concern you, as well as to transmit such data to another data controller, without impediments), in the cases provided for by law. Finally, you have the right to object at any time, for reasons related to your particular situation, to the processing of personal data concerning you pursuant to art. 6, paragraph 1, letter f) GDPR.

10) If you believe that the processing of your personal data carried out in relation to the scope of activity considered in this information violates the provisions of the GDPR, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the Guarantor, as required by art. 77 of the GDPR itself or to take appropriate legal action (art. 79 GDPR).
