This new feature marks a further step forward in the evolution of the services offered to banks and their customers, making an operation that has become central to the daily lives of millions of people even more intuitive.

The new functionality allows users to pay pagoPA notices directly within the app, through a flow designed to ensure clarity, speed and security.

From the “Pay” button, users can:

  • scan the QR code displayed on the paper notice, or
  • manually enter the payment notice codes.

Data recognition takes just a few moments, and automatic field completion simplifies the entire process. Once the transaction is authorised, payment is completed quickly.

The BANCOMAT app also notifies users if a notice has already been paid or is invalid, ensuring full transparency and reducing the risk of errors.

All receipts and completed transactions are automatically stored in a dedicated section, so they are always available and easy to consult.
