BANCOMAT Club: BANCOMAT’s loyalty programme with rewards and instant-win prizes

BANCOMAT Club is BANCOMAT’s loyalty programme dedicated to BANCOMAT Pay customers.
Thanks to the partnership with Alkemy Nova, Alkemy’s practice focused on customer engagement, the company has defined its loyalty strategy.

What you get with BANCOMAT Club

BANCOMAT Club rewards the everyday use of BANCOMAT Pay, turning money transfers and online payments into opportunities to access benefits and prizes.

The “Play & Win” competition is currently active and follows an instant win format: users accumulate “Lingotti”, digital points that grant access to immediate prizes. Flash Contests, also based on the instant win mechanism, instead offer a single chance to win.

Prizes include the opportunity to enjoy exclusive experiences in collaboration with partners and organisations linked to culture and local heritage, such as FAI – Fondo per l’Ambiente Italiano and Serie A. In addition, a calendar of dedicated initiatives will be launched to engage and encourage BANCOMAT customers to join the loyalty programme.

How to join the loyalty programme

The BANCOMAT Club programme has been active since 2 November 2025 and is accessible via the BANCOMAT app and the mobile banking apps of banks participating in the service. If you are a BANCOMAT customer of a bank that has not joined the service, you can activate BANCOMAT Club directly through the BANCOMAT website.
