The curtain rises on the 16th edition of the ATV BANCOMAT Tennis Open, an international women's tournament scheduled from July 13th to 19th on the clay courts of the Circolo Antico Tiro a Volo in Rome. For the 2026 edition, BANCOMAT once again confirms its role as Title Sponsor, a commitment aimed at supporting the passions of Italians through initiatives that promote sport, foster emerging talent, and contribute to the growth of significant local events.

Now in its sixteenth year, the tournament returns following last year's success in the WTA 125 circuit, solidifying its position as a key event for women's tennis in Italy and internationally, and representing a significant milestone in the growth of the WTA 125 circuit in Italy. The event stands out for its ability to combine sporting tradition with an international outlook, offering the public a high-level experience with free admission.

The 2026 edition will feature some of the stars of the international circuit, joined by rising young athletes and representatives of Italian tennis, thanks in part to the wild cards provided by the Italian Tennis and Padel Federation.

Over the years, the ATV Tennis Open has helped launch players who have gone on to reach the highest levels of world tennis, cementing its role as a growth platform for new generations of athletes.
