ATM: finalized the entry of FSI into the capital. Fabrizio Burlando Chief Executive Officer

BANCOMAT and FSI announce the completion of FSI's investment in BANCOMAT's capital and the appointment of the new Chief Executive Officer and the new Board of Directors.

Following the investment, FSI is the first shareholder of the Company with a shareholding of 42.9% and, together with the banks that subscribe to the shareholders' agreement (Intesa Sanpaolo, Iccrea Banca, Banco BPM and BPER), 74.7%.

They have been named the new Board of Directors And the new Chief Executive Officer and General Manager of the Company: Eng. Fabrizio Burlando.

‍Fabrizio Burlando (born in 1974), Electronic Engineer with MBA from INSEAD and specializations at Yale and London School of Economics, has twenty years of experience in the digital payments sector, gained mainly in the last 16 years at Mastercard, where he has held roles of increasing responsibility and leadership at a global level, with a focus on data platforms, value-added services (VAS) and support for the development of bank customers and users around the world.

‍Fabrizio Burlando inherits the helm of BANCOMAT from Alessandro Zollo to whom a heartfelt thank you goes for the contribution made and the path taken since 2018.
