BANCOMAT presents its first sustainability report

Rome, 18 June 2025BANCOMAT presents its first sustainability report, testifying to ESG path taken recently, strongly desired by the new corporate governance. Sustainability at the heart of the strategy. A cornerstone that will accompany the next steps of ATM, going hand in hand with the objectives set by the 2025 — 2029 business plan.

The company then confirmed and enhanced tools of welfare and wellbeing: smart working, family health insurance, scholarships for children and the possibility of converting the premium into welfare services, in addition to renewing support for FAI — Italian Environment Fund.

People are also on the front line for support local communities and network in the area: i ATM employees in fact, thanks to the partnership with Food Bank, in 2024 they took part in several corporate volunteer days (55% of the workforce involved) and they have made donations equivalent to more than 259,000 meals. A collaboration, the one with the Food Bank, which expanded during 2025 following the inauguration of the new corporate headquarters with the consequent introduction of sustainable canteen, which redistributes the unsold goods to the Food Bank to support vulnerable families and communities.

In environmental environment Highlight the characteristics of new headquarters, in which ATM moved in April '25: the building has been certified BREEAM “Very Good”, is accessible through electric and shared mobility, and the spaces have been designed to promote collaboration, inclusion and waste reduction.

Within the division, a dedicated figure has been identified, theESG & Organization Manager, suitably formed to ensure operational liaison with the Committee and with the various business functions. In addition, an ESG & Cyber Committee has been formed, composed of advisors and internal specialists, with the task of guiding the development of the strategy and related interventions.
