ATM: Nicola Cordone joins the Board of Directors

Rome, 11/02/2025 - BANCOMAT announces the co-optation of Nicola Cordone on the company's Board of Directors.

An electronic engineer with an MBA from SDA Bocconi, Cordone has thirty years of experience in the field of digital payments and technological transformation. After a career in leading consulting firms, he held top positions in SIA, contributing significantly to the development of payment infrastructures in Italy and Europe.
From 2018 to 2020, he was Chief Executive Officer of SIA, leading the company through a phase of strong growth until the merger with NEXI. Subsequently, he acted as senior advisor to CDP Equity on digitalization projects and technological infrastructures. Since 2025 he has been a director of TXT E-Solutions S.p.a.
