BANCOMAT: the agreement between FSI and the shareholder banks to implement a European project is underway

August 7, 2023 - Intesa Sanpaolo, Iccrea Banca, Banco BPM, BPER (the “Subscribing Banks”), BANCOMAT and FSI have signed a binding contract (the “Contract”) relating to the entry of FSI into the share capital of BANCOMAT.

The Contract provides for an investment by FSI in ATM of up to Euro 100 million, through an increase in reserved capital, against a qualified minority interest in the company's capital.

Upon completion of the investment, FSI will be the relative majority shareholder alongside the current shareholder banks.

The partnership, in addition to the Underwriting Banks, is also open to the participation of other current and future BANCOMAT customers who will then be able to participate in the governance and creation of value of the company.
